How secure is the storage facility?
The entire facility is under continuous video surveillance.
What if I have trouble accessing my unit?

Is my stored property insured?
Our facility is covered by liability insurance. You can also arrange additional insurance for the contents of your unit.
Do the units come with locks?
No, the units are not equipped with locks. Please bring your own lock or purchase one from our on-site vending machine.
RENTAL
Both individuals and businesses can rent units.
Can I rent a unit immediately?
Yes, you can rent a unit “on the spot” by phone or online. After signing the contract and making a payment, you’ll receive access.
Can I rent a unit remotely?
Absolutely! The entire process can be completed online without in-person contact.
What do I need to rent a unit?
Choose your unit size, fill out the rental form, accept the terms and make a payment at skrytka.org.pl. You can also contact us by phone or email.
AGREEMENT
Can I review the contract terms in advance?
Yes, the sample contract is available on our website in the “General Terms and Conditions” section.
How can I extend my rental agreement?
You can extend your agreement online through your customer account, via email or by phone.
How do I terminate the agreement?
To terminate your agreement, please contact our support team.
What is the notice period for termination?
The notice period is one month.

The minimum rental period is one month.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay in cash or by card at the office, or online via card, bank transfer or Blik. Payments are processed by Fiserv.

Can I rent more than one unit?
Yes, you can rent any number of units, of any type.
What items are prohibited in the units?
You may not store:
– perishable goods,
– explosives, weapons, ammunition or military/police equipment,
– animals or animal remains,
– flammable, toxic or radioactive materials, including natural gas, gasoline, oils, fuels and flammable chemicals,
– chemicals,
– illegal items,
– items exceeding 300 kg per m² of unit floor space.
